The contents of an EHCP can be looked at during different stages.
At the draft stage a parent/carer or young person has 15 calendar days to look through and to check they are happy with the EHCP and suggest any amendments they may wish to be made. If there are a lot of amendments or if parent/carer or the young person wish to speak with the EHCP coordinator they can request a draft plan meeting.
The contents of an EHCP will then be further looked at during an Annual Review or during an appeal.
