The Children and Families Act (2014) requires all maintained school’s, maintained nursery school’s and academy schools to prepare a report containing Special Educational Need (SEN) Information.
A Special Educational Need (SEN) Information Report explains the support that a place of learning provides for children and young people with special educational needs and how the support is put in place.
These reports should be available on the place of learning’s website and are usually found under the policies section. If you can’t find it online, you can request a printed copy from the setting.
