If you book an appointment with an advisor you will then be sent a consultation form. This MUST be completed to confirm your appointment as soon as possible to avoid cancellation. You can now amend and cancel your appointment and you will receive text and email reminders.
Wait list calls - If you do not have a formal deadline but would like to request to go on our waitlist for an earlier call back please complete your consultation form for your booked appointment and tick the box to go on the waitlist. Please be aware we cannot guarantee an earlier call or give specific date and time. Consultation forms must be completed to be added to waitlist.
Formal deadlines - If you have a formal deadline and would like to request an urgent appointment please book the next available slot, complete the consultation form and email us directly to norfolksendiass@norfolk.gov.uk providing your formal deadline date. (formal deadline dates only)
Multiple children - If you are looking to book an appointment to discuss multiple children you will need to book an appointment and complete a consultation form for each child.
